Birthday Girl
My poor little Mara was sick the whole week of her birthday! She didn't feel good enough to eat or do much, so even now we still haven't given her a Birthday cake. Soon. She is almost better and eating things again.

her face definitely gives her sickness away while she's opening her presents. I can't believe she's already 1! Crazy! We miss you guys but look forward to seeing you in a couple weeks!
I remembered your story of going to the ritzy walmart to buy that where's waldo dress because of the blowout, and then having her leg get stuck in the cart...ahhh the memories! it's okay that you haven't had cake yet...it's always nicer to drag things out, anyway, right?
